Found a rental property?
When you ultimately want to rent a property, it is important to know that we require you as standard:
- copy of proof of identity * (preferred travel document)
- copy recent salary slip * (last 3 months)
- employment contract or employer's statement
- for all rental properties a deposit is due equal to 1 or 2 month (s) rent
- when a company (eg your employer) rents the property, we need an extract from the Chamber of Commerce and a copy of - identification from the authorized signatory
