The apartments in Calla range from approx. 76 m² to 105 m² in a 2-, 3- or 4-room apartment. All apartments are wheelchair-friendly and equipped with an extensive home automation system that allows you to control the lights, curtains (optional) and sun blinds with an app on your phone or tablet. Prefer just buttons on the wall? Of course, they are also applied. Your safety has also been thought of, for example there is a panic button in every home that can optionally be forwarded and the building is equipped with camera security on every floor.
